Gillingham men charged with string of burglaries

Three men have been charged with a series of burglaries across Medway.

The trio, all from Gillingham, face charges of conspiracy to commit burglary at six locations.

Aaron Wren, 20, of Livingstone Road; Aaron Harris, 20, of Canterbury Street; and Obie Redsell, 21, of Leslie Road, were arrested on May 6 and charged the next day.

The men appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court on May 8.

Wren was released on bail until May 24. Harris and Redsell have both been remanded in custody.

The trio are due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on May 24.

They are accused of burglaries in Bankside, Chatham, on April 28; Abbey Road, Strood, on April 29; Wakeley Road, Gillingham and Junction Road, Gillingham, on May 4; The Platters, Rainham on May 5 and Sandown Drive, Gillingham on May 6.
