A man who went missing on Wednesday, and was thought to be in the Medway area, has been found say police.

Officers became worried about Frederick Chapman, 64, from Maidstone as he is on medication and was thought to have gone missing without it.

Police believed he may have been in the Cliffe Woods area, but on Sunday said he had been found, but could not give any more details than that.
