Man remanded in custody over suitcase body

A man accused of the murder of Leah Questin whose decomposed remains were found in a suitcase in Cliffe, has appeared in court.

Clinton Bailey, 35, of Brockley, in London, has been remanded in custody.

The 37-year-old's body was found by a dog walker in a dried up pond off Buckland Road, in Cliffe on Thursday, September 24.

The cause of death is not yet known.

Mr Bailey, an IT specialist, will appear at the Old Bailey on January 8.
