Medway Area Sunday League round-up (30/01/22)

Emannuel Oli got the lone strike for Bells in their 6-1 Super League defeat to Darland Spartans, with doubles for Kane Hutton and Dylan Budge. Yeni Yusuph and Archie Miller also netted for Darland.

Medway Sport lost 7-0 to Quested. James McDonald scored five goals, with Danny Kedwell and Curtis Ripley completing the win.

In Division 1 goals from George Cook and Sam Slipper gave ASK Medway a 2-1 victory over Cross Park.

Mark Percy, Will Mawson, Simon Rudd and Tom Box were all on the scoresheet for Anchorians Athletic against Thamesview FC, whose reply came from Peter Dorrington.

Omega 92 with goals from Jamie Nash and Ricky Lingham won 2-1 at Cliffe Woods Colts A. Matt Wills replied for the home team.

Luke Mills fired home a brace for Milton & Fulston United but they lost 4-2 to Hempstead United. Tom Arnold (3) and Chris Arnold did the damage.

Caleb Luckhurst, Hayden Chipping, Jamie Bourke, Steve Keats and Allen Bangura (2) were all on target for leaders Swallow Rise 93 in their 6-0 victory at New Brompton 1893.

Josh West was Riverside Academy’s scorer in a 3-1 defeat to High Halstow. Luqman Adesina (2) and Ross Wornham were on target for the victors.

Ife Famoriyo (4), Owen Benning (2) and Caleb Afoke netted for Anchorians United as they ran out 7-0 winners against Gillingham Town in Division 2.

Michael Mason and Henry McGuiness continued Cliffe Woods Colts Reserves' good form as they beat Cantium 2-0.

Ryan Fuller and Sam Heard both scored four goals, with Sam Allen, John Murphy, James Hawkins and Alex Woodhouse also netting, for FC Catalans as they thrashed Bredhurst Juniors 12-0.

Kent Marina 19 won 9-0 against Palmerston Athletic thanks to hat-tricks from Dean Nash and Josh Water, supported by Michael Smith, Robert Pike and an own goal.

Leaders Rochester suffered a defeat to Medway Invicta. Grant Laker got their goal but Kai Forder and Michael Hurcomb sealed a 2-1 victory.

The top-of-the-table clash in Division 3 finished 1-1 between Bredhurst and Real 60. Roman Makula got the Bredhurst goal, with Daryl Fiveash replying.

Markus Jarmak (3), Billy Bleach and Cameron Whybrow were on target for Medway United West in a 5-1 win against Medway Rovers 20.

Lee and Terry Clark, Bradley Killick (2) and Jack Thompson gave Pentagon Reserves a 5-3 victory over Eagles Gold, who replied through Bailey Hooker, Freddy Gardiner and Matt Theobald.

Rainham Eagles and Rochester Eagles shared the points in a 2-2 draw, Tyrone Johnstone and George Birch for Rainham and Toby Williams and James Spencer netting for Rochester.

Your Move Chatham were shaded 3-2 by Fleur-De-Lis in the basement clash, Edward King with both goals for Your Move. James Wilkins, Gav Pullen and Chris McKee hit back.

Tyler Bell (4), Connor Heskitt (2), Ellis Barrett, Matt Dunn and Josh Rossoman all found the back of the net in a 9-1 win for Bredhurst Juniors United against Swallow Rise 93 Reserves in Division 4. Tom Mayall got the consolation.

London Road FC lost 4-1 to Thamesview Rangers, Cameron Davies with their goal. Jake Griffiths and a hat-trick from Connor Rayfield for Thamesview Rangers won the points.

Nathan Young (3), Daniel Hawkins, Luke Cooper and Jack Trennary ensured the win for Medway Knights with a 6-1 victory over Medway Sport XI who replied through Kalio Francis.

Mick Mason, Jake Stephens and Aaron Parkes were on target for The Stag - they won 3-1 against Milton & Fulston Zebras (Chris Soper).

Reif Youdale got The Stumble's goal in their 6-1 defeat to leaders AFC Shorne. Aman Gill, Marcus Sutton, Kieran Wells (3) and Tom Osmond all hit the target.
