Gillingham have yet to receive any offers for their players in the January transfer window.
Leading scorer Bradley Dack is being tipped by many to be making a big money move out of the club.
But boss Justin Edinburgh is confident of keeping his team together during the current window and says, at present, no club has made a move for any of his players.
“We have had not one bid,” he said, talking to the press on Tuesday morning.
“That may change but it may not.
“The chairman is away at the moment but we have spoken daily on the phone and we both know where we stand on the situation of what we are looking to achieve here.
“I am not silly or stupid enough to say no player will leave this football club. Right now the chairman and myself want to keep this young group together and we want to try and achieve something this season.
“I would doubt very much if anyone will leave but as I know in football, money does talk and everyone has a price. Right now there have been no bids.
“We hope and I am quietly confident this group will remain together.”
Edinburgh has put his own price-tag on Dack, a figure he wants to keep private.
He said: “I have given the chairman my opinion of what Bradley is worth. I am not going to make it public because I don’t want anyone to know what that is but I have made it clear to the chairman.”
