RETIRED butcher Tony Dickenson bought the four-bedroom Mountbatten showhome on the first phase of Redrow South East's development, Bradbourne Fields, in East Malling last summer.

Ten months on he is set to buy the five-bedroom Regency on The Regents, the final phase at the same development.

What's more, his parents Win and Ted and sister Linda also live at Bradbourne Fields. Tony, who lives with his partner Gwen, said: "We're only moving to the larger house because mum and dad have bought a house in Spain but will be coming back to this country for a few months a year. We wanted a home large enough to convert into living space for them when they return."
