HAXTONS Town & Country Estate Agents has moved its Ashford office to Evegate Business Park, Smeeth. The park is situated off the A20 and provides ample free parking.

A spokesperson said the relocation would move the company away from "the hustle and bustle" of Estate Agents Alley but would still allow it to offer Ashford and the surrounding villages "the friendly and professional approach" for which it had become recognised.

Evegate Business Park comprises a variety of shops and a restaurant in a countryside setting.
