A woman was taken to hospital after her car was in collision with a lamppost near the Sheppey Crossing.
The incident happened at 12.45pm on Thursday, just before Cowstead Corner.
A 51-year-old woman was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital suffering with neck pain.
Police and an ambulance crew were at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved.
