New images released of missing man Sam Dean from Margate

Police have renewed an appeal with new images to help trace a man who went missing in Kent.

Detectives are concerned for the welfare of Sam Dean, from Margate, who disappeared from Broadstairs at 4.25pm yesterday.

Mr Dean was last seen in the Ramsgate Road area and has also been spotted in Hopeville Avenue.

A police spokesman said: “He is thought to be wearing an orange t-shirt, brown zipped cardigan, beige shorts and brown boots, and carrying a black rucksack.

“Mr Dean also has links to Dartford.”

He is thought to be wearing the same clothes pictured in the new images, which were taken in Broadstairs.

Officers urge anyone who may have seen him to contact police on 999 quoting 08-1043.
