Woman 'stabbed in the head' in Ramsgate

A woman has been arrested after another woman was 'stabbed in the head' and a man suffered serious facial injuries in an alleged late night attack.

Kent Police were called to a disturbance in Harbour Parade in Ramsgate at 2.02am last night.

The two victims were both taken to hospital.

A 36-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in custody.

Part of Harbour Parade was cordoned off this morning while officers made inquiries at the scene, but it has since reopened.
