Suspected Tonbridge drug dealer to appear in court after cocaine seized from home

A suspected drug dealer will appear in court after cocaine, cash and several phones were seized during a search.

Police obtained a warrant to enter and search an address in Higham Wood, Tonbridge yesterday.

Inside, 27-year-old Frederick Smith was detained and taken into custody.

Officers seized 27 wraps of cocaine, three mobile phones, and £955 in cash.

Mr Smith, of Hunt Road, was later charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possessing cocaine with intent to supply and possession of criminal property, namely the seized cash.

He was remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates Court today.
