A Kent restaurant owner is so sure his food fits the bill he's asking customers to pay what they like!

In a three-day promotion from March 10 to March 12, Neil Cotterill, owner of Relish, Tunbridge Wells, will hand customers a blank food bill.

If they're not impressed by their meals they won't pay!

Neil, whose chef Darren Velvick was previously head chef at posh Knightsbridge restaurant Petrus, said he hoped the promotion would bring in new customers.

He said: "This is certainly something to shout about. To avoid disappointment it is a very good idea to book in advance."

Dishes on offer include tea-smoked south coast mackerel, braised pigs' cheeks and king prawns in vanilla butter.
