Halls Hole Road crash causes delays along A264 Pembury Road, Tunbridge Wells

A motorbike crash is causing rush-hour delays this morning.

The incident is believed to have happened at Halls Hole Road, Tunbridge Wells, and is causing slow traffic along the A264 Pembury Road.

A spokesman for Kent Police said: "Officers and the South East Coast Ambulance Service are attending a collision involving a motorcyclist in Pembury Road near the junction to Halls Hole Road.

"Officers were called to the scene at 6.22am. The road is currently closed while work is ongoing at the scene."

KCC Highways confirmed there is slow moving traffic in both directions between Calverley Park Gardens and the A21 Interchange.

An ambulance service spokesman the man injured was treated at the scene and taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

There were no further details provided about the biker's injuries.
