Heritage organisations and museums from across Thanet and East Kent will be showcasing everything from remarkable rescues to extraordinary explorers! If that's not enough, visitors can look forward to learning something new or enhancing their knowledge by attending one of the short talks or the local history drop-in session.

The Tunnel's popular Deep Tunnel Shelter tours will be available throughout the day, providing an opportunity to explore Ramsgate's wartime history first-hand as the tours narrate the fascinating story behind the origins, construction, and use of the largest purpose-built air raid shelter in the country.

The Tunnel's café will also be open, serving a variety of refreshments, light snacks, and delectable cakes.
