Curious Art of the Castle is a guided tour of the paintings and exhibits at the historic venue of Leeds Castle, near Maidstone. It starts at 3pm on Monday, November 11, and is priced £5.

The Maiden’s Tower Tour will allow visitors to see where Catherine of Aragon’s ladies of waiting were accommodated when the Tudor court was in residence. They can also find out the origins of the tower’s name, and what it was used for during the Second World War. It starts at 12.30pm on Wednesday, November 13. Admission is £2 per person.

Both tours must be booked and normal admission charges also apply, priced £21 for adults, £13.50 for children aged four to 15, and free for under-fours. More details on 01622 765400.
