Air ambulance lands in Kingsmead Field in Canterbury to help a man who fell from a ladder

A man suffered head injuries when he fell from a ladder on Sunday morning.

The air ambulance was called to help the 41-year-old, who was hurt at a nearby house.

The helicopter landed in Kingsmead Field at about 11.10pm.

Medics treated the man before airlifting him to the specialist head injury unit at King's College Hospital in London.
