Gurkha veterans lost the latest round of their legal battle over their Army pensions today.

The British Gurkha Welfare Society claims those who retired before July 2007 don't get the same level of pension as those who retired after.

They claim the Ministry of Defence is acting unlawfully.

The group lost their original test case at the High Court earlier this year.
