A 35-year-old Rochester man has been charged with sexual assault on a child.
Daniel Braddell, of Rochester Avenue, Rochester is due to appear at Sittingbourne Magistrates Court on August 16.
He faces one charge of sexual activity with a child contrary to section 9 (1) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
