The Medway tunnel has reopened after a short closure when a car broke down this afternoon.
Police were at the scene just after 12.30pm and briefly cordoned off the road, Gillingham bound, to help recover the vehicle.
Traffic was being diverted through Frindsbury but the road is now open and free-flowing.
