They were joined by air ambulance crews who arrived just after 5pm as a precaution.

The 18-year-old male patient was assessed and treated before being taken to hospital by road.

A spokesperson at Flip Out said: “We can confirm an incident occurred where an air ambulance was called to Flip Out Ashford on Friday as a precaution but was not used.

"The casualty was taken to hospital and received medical treatment by medical staff.”

An air ambulance spokesman said: “A helicopter from Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) attended a male patient sport/leisure incident in Ashford on September 2.

"Our crew arrived on scene at 5.01pm where they worked with SECAmb to help treat the patient who was taken to hospital by road.”

The trampoline centre on the Henwood Industrial Estate was refurbished in July to include a Ninja Tag arena.

It replaced the site's foam pits and adds to its 59 trampolines, two stunt zones, soft play area and arcade machines.
