Shoppers have less than a month to wait until a new Aldi supermarket throws open its doors.
Managers have revealed the discount store in Victoria Road in Ashford will open to the public for the first time on Thursday, August 2.
A sign showing the opening date has been attached to the railings outside the shop.
The development of the site has taken bosses two years to complete as planning approval was granted in August 2016.
It will sit next to the £1.7 million Chapel Down brewery opposite Watling Tyres, close to the train station.
Some 40 new jobs will be created and it will open from 8am to 10pm Monday to Saturday.
It is expected to open from 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
The development is part of a multi-million pound regeneration scheme that also includes a hotel, a block of 200 flats and the brewery, which will open before April next year.
The new 18,500 sq ft store will feature 93 parking spaces.
