A crash involving four cars blocked an A-road in both directions.

The incident happened on A28 Canterbury Road near Ashford, outside the Kennington Hall wedding venue.

Witnesses say drivers were trying to negotiate a pallet delivery lorry parked outside the hall when the cars collided.

A black Jaguar was one of the vehicles involved.

Police were called just before 11.30am and officers worked to clear the road.

No injuries were reported, and the road reopened before 1pm.
