POLICE are treating a barn fire that caused £16,000 worth of damage as arson.

The blaze was discovered at around 7pm on Wednesday night at Godington House, Godington Park, Ashford.

Police want to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious, or if they know someone who came home smelling of smoke.
