Ashford stab victim revealed to be 14-year-old boy as GoFundMe started

One of the victims of a horrific knife attack in Ashford was a 14-year-old boy, it has emerged.

A fundraiser has been launched for the young teenager and his dog, who were both attacked along with another man in Bockhanger, Kennington.

Four men are reported to have entered the house in Beecholme Drive shortly before 7pm on Thursday.

The youngest victim was taken to King's College Hospital in London where he is understood to be stable following the attack.

A man in his 20s was taken to the William Harvey Hospital, while the family dog was taken to a local vets.

All suffered wounds consistent with stabbing.

The fundraiser, set up by Sian Edwards, aims to raise money to pay for treatment for the dog, named Boy.

In a statement on the GoFundMe page, Ms Edwards says the pet had been "severely injured" in the attack.

Attached to the fundraiser was an image of Boy's injuries, which appear to include a serious cut to the head that required stitches.

She also revealed the youngest victim had been "stabbed in the back" and rushed to King's College Hospital.

"I want to raise money for Boy's treatment and the son's recovery," she added.

So far the fundraiser has reached £245 of a £1,400 goal from 16 donations.
