A crash has closed a main route into Ashford this morning.

Police were called just after 7am to a two vehicle collision in Canterbury Road, Kennington near the hockey club.

The road is currently still closed between Ball Lane and Orchard Lane.

A police spokesman said: "The South East Coast Ambulance Service was also called and, at present, no serious injuries have been reported."
