Police release efit of suspect in cash theft from South Willesborough Post Office, in Gladstone Road, Ashford

An efit image has been released of a man that police want to speak to after money was snatched from a shop till in Ashford.

The cash was taken from South Willesborough Post Office in Gladstone Roadat about 1pm on Tuesday, April 23.

The crook is reported to have distracted the counter assistant.

He is described as aged in his 30s, 5ft 3ins tall, of stocky build with short, brown hair and long sideburns.

He was wearing a white t-shirt, possibly with a grey logo on the front.

Anyone who knows the man should contact PC Darren Laker at Kent Police on 101, giving reference ZY/11200/13.
