Police called after as car driver and cyclist collide in Ashford

Emergency services responded to a traffic accident on Saturday evening involving a cyclist and a car driver.

Two police cars attended Beaver Road at the junction with Torrington Road in Ashford.

A police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called at 7.40pm on Saturday 24 February to a collision involving a car driver and a cyclist in Beaver Lane Ashford.

“Officers attended the scene where no injuries were reported.”
