Police and ambulance crews were called to a road after a car crashed into a house.

Officers were sent to Chequer Tree Farm Road in Mersham just after 5pm on Wednesday.

The driver was given medical attention before being taken to the William Harvey Hospital for further treatment.

Meanwhile, arrangements were made to recover the vehicle - which had hit the property.

Pictures of the incident show the car had struck the house, causing significant damage.
