Emergency crews were called to Stone-in-Oxney after a 15-year-old schoolgirl fainted and was hit by a bus.

The incident in Appledore Road happened at 8am this morning, with paramedics, police and air ambulance crews dispatched.

The girl, believed to be a Homewood School pupil, suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital.
