Five kilograms of drugs and £100,000 was found in a car stopped by police on the M20.
An unmarked car followed a fast-moving Mercedes yesterday morning when the vehicle was intercepted by a marked police motorbike.
A search was conducted after it had stopped close to Junction 4, during which five kilos of amphetamine were discovered.
Four large bottles containing a yet to be determined liquid were also seized.
The two men in the car, aged 39 and 33, were arrested on suspicion of supplying drugs.
A search at a connected address in Ashford turned up a haul of £100,000 in cash, and a 32-year-old was arrested at the scene on suspicion of money laundering.
Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate are leading an investigation as part of an ongoing campaign to tackle organised criminal gangs, who seek to operate drug supply networks in Kent.
All suspects remain in custody.
