Six air rifles and cannabis plants were seized following a raid at a home which led to a man’s arrest.

Police were called following reports of a disturbance at a property in Tadworth Road, Kennington.

Officers attended just before 2pm on Wednesday, June 26 and seized a small number of cannabis plants and six air rifles, which were made safe.

Shortly afterwards, officers arrested a 34-year-old man from the area on suspicion of drugs cultivation.

He was later bailed pending further inquiries.
