Folkestone man charged over assault and theft at Ashford Designer Outlet

A Folkestone has been charged over two incidents of theft and assault in Ashford as well as possessing an offensive weapon.
Luke Neale, 35, of Castle Hill Avenue was arrested last Thursday.
He was subsequently charged with two counts of theft, two counts of assault and possessing an offensive weapon following an incident in the Designer Oultet in Kimberley Way, Ashford, on Friday, November 24.
Neale appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court via video link last Friday and has been remanded to appear before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
