A man who was arrested after a dad-of-three died at a shopping centre has been released with no charges, police have confirmed.
Josh Drewett died last Thursday at the County Square shopping mall in Ashford.
A 45-year-old man from Maidstone was arrested in connection with a possible drugs offence, but he has since been released without charge.
A police spokesperson confirmed the death is still being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
Emergency services were called to the town centre precinct just before 6pm after receiving reports of concerns for a man's welfare.
Police, ambulance, and the air ambulance attended, and security guards for County Square blocked off all entrances to the shopping centre.
Mr Drewett was pronounced dead at the scene.
Tributes have since been paid to the 32-year-old, who has three children named Lola, Charlie-Joe, and Skylar-Rose.
His former partner and mother to his children, Bethany Millen, said: "He loved his kids very much.
"Josh had a lot going on in his life but he was amazing and will be missed loads."
Mr Drewett, who was homeless, fell ill at about 5.50pm outside the Select clothing store in the shopping centre's extension.
A spokesman for County Square added its team's "thoughts and prayers are with those affected in what are undoubtedly difficult times".
