Man taken to hospital with head injuries after Ashford High Street attack

A man was taken to hospital with head injuries after a high street attack.

Detectives say the assault happened after an argument between the alleged victim, a man in his 30s, and the occupants of a silver car in Ashford.

Police were called to the scene and the man was taken to hospital with head injuries.

The incident happened between 8.45pm and 10pm on Sunday.

A police spokesman said: “Detectives are appealing for witnesses to come forward, or anyone who has information, CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage which might assist inquiries.”
