Police investigating bank card fraud have asked for help identifying a man.

The card, stolen from a handbag in Ashford yesterday, was subsequently used around the town.

Police are hoping to identify this man

A Kent Police spokesman said: "As part of ongoing enquiries, investigators are now in a position to release a picture of a man who may be able to help them establish the full circumstances.

"Anyone who can help identify the man is asked to call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/233046/19.

"Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously by calling 0800 555 111 or using the anonymous online form at Crimestoppers-uk.org."
