Drivers have been warned to expect delays on the M20 this afternoon after an earlier accident.

One lane of the carriageway between 9 and 8 London-bound is currently blocked.

Motorists are warned to approach with caution and allow extra time for journeys.

A police spokesman said: "We were called at 12:50pm to a report of a collision between two vehicles on the M20, London bound, between junctions 9 and 8.

"No injuries have been reported."
