TV presenter Giles Vickers-Jones has had a celebrity OK! wedding.

The 30-year-old who presents ITV at The Movies married 31-year-old Anna Broome in the Cotswolds – and photos of their big day appear in OK! magazine.

Friends from Ashford and his father Chris Vickers-Jones, who lives in Lyminge, joined TV stars for the church ceremony and reception held at the bride’s family home last month.

Sugababe Heidi Range, Alison King who plays Carla in Coronation Street, Lucy Speed, who was Natalie in EastEnders and is now in The Bill, Brendan Cole from Strictly Come Dancing and Hunter from Gladiators were among the 300 guests at the reception.

Mr Vickers-Jones, who went to Willesborough Infants School in Ashford, had 18 ushers and in the magazine interview talks about missing the flight for his stag night as he entered the details of the wrong airport into his sat nav.

Mr Vickers-Jones bought his wife’s engagement ring, a solitaire diamond, in an antique shop in Rolvenden and the bride’s wedding ring was custom designed and made by Simon Kilburn, of Kilburn Jewellers, County Square, Ashford.

Mr Kilburn said: “There’s nothing better than that – all the best weddings appear in OK! It’s so nice they came to us.”

There was a strict ban on guests taking photos at the couple’s big day as OK! bought the rights to exclusive pictures.
