Police descended on a housing estate and raided a home as part of a money laundering investigation.

One police van was parked at the scene in Campion Close on the Repton Park North estate in Ashford this morning.

The doorway of the house has been boarded-up and officers were spotted examining a car parked nearby following the raid.

One eyewitness, who lives close to the scene, says police have been there all morning.
