Longacres Bybrook Barn in Ashford targeted by thieves as goods stolen

Thieves damaged a fence surrounding a garden centre before stealing pond equipment in a late-evening raid.

Police are appealing for information after the Longacres Bybrook Barn in Kennington, Ashford, was targeted on Wednesday.

Items including solar aquatic pumps and other pond equipment were stolen in the burglary, which happened shortly after 9pm.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who might have seen a white man in the area, believed to be wearing a flat cap, navy blue t-shirt, skinny-fit jeans and blue Nike trainers.
