This was the scene after a car overturned and landed on its roof on a busy road.

The car was travelling along Sandyhurst Lane and crashed near the Sandyacres sports ground in Ashford.

Police are at the scene and are believed to have closed the road in both directions, causing delays for other motorists.

Kent Highways have reported the incident this afternoon. It is not yet clear if anyone has been injured in the crash.
