Former footballer Neil Ruddock got his kit off in front of former Liverpool team-mates Jamie Carragher and Jamie Redknapp on a TV sports comedy show.

Ruddock, known as 'Razor', entered the studio dressed as a policeman before the now retired footballers during Sky One's A League Of Their Own programme, which was screened on Friday night.

He then proceeded to strip off, while the two former clubmates, other guests and the studio audience roared with laughter.

Ruddock, Carragher and Redknapp all played together for Liverpool in the late 1990s.

The former Liverpool, Spurs, Millwall and England defender ended up wearing just a police jacket and his Y-fronts at the end of his striptease routine.

It was the second time within days that 46-year-old Ruddock has made news on the nation's TV screens.

Mr Ruddock was filmed being paid a visit by Ashford sheriff Paul Bohill and his partner to enforce a writ for the debt to the business which cared for his dogs.

On arrival, however, the High Court enforcement agents were met by Mr Ruddock’s glamour model wife, Leah, who was seen throwing water at them and shouting: “Get off my property.”

The former footballer asked the sheriffs: "Do you know who I am?"

The front garden altercation was caught on camera as the agents were being followed by a film crew.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star, a keen golfer, then promised Mr Bohill he would pay the £3,000 bill in instalments.
