Despite the ongoing pandemic, Santa Claus is coming to town.

The Ashford Lions Club is once again bringing back the annual Ashford Santa Sleigh Tour for its seventh outing.

Beginning in 2014, the club has only had to cancel one night since 2014.

Unlike previous years, Santa will not be making stops along the way to ensure Covid-safety is maintained.

Starting on December 7, the festive favourite has already visited Knight’s Park Coulter and Langley Roads, Bybrook and South of Brookfield Road.

The Ashford Lions Facebook page includes links to a tracker, which can help people time when and where to see Santa as he passes.

If you want to pre-plan, more detailed information can be found on the Lions' website.

The annual tradition is the Ashford Lions Club's largest fundraiser, and Santa's little helpers will be bringing along card readers this year for contactless donations.

Alternatively you can donate to the Ashford chapter of the international charity by clicking here.
