More than 70 talented youngsters took to the stage on Sunday, performing songs and dances from classic musicals to two packed audiences.

Pupils at Showbiz Academy, aged five to 18 years old, performed excerpts from various shows including West Side Story, Chicago, Wicked and Annie in their Showbiz Showcase 2016.

The performances at The Tower Theatre in Folkestone were the culmination of 18 months of hard work for the children.

Showbiz Academy was originally established in 2000 and for many of the senior pupils, it was an emotional performance as it was their last show after attending the school for 13 years.
