Trespassers halted trains at Ashford International Station

Power to the lines at the station were turned off while emergency services dealt with the incident, which started at just before 3pm.

The number of trespassers and the exact nature of the incident are unknown at this stage.

Power has now been restored to the lines and trains are starting to move again, but services are expected to be delayed following the disruption.
