Mindaugas Stoskunas accused of sexual assault in Kennington, Ashford

A man is to appear in court accused of touching a woman inappropriately in the street.
Mindaugas Stoskunas, 29, has been charged with sexual assault following an alleged incident in Kennington, Ashford.
Police were called to Peter Candler Way at around 1.15pm on April 13.
It was reported a woman was approached from behind and touched inappropriately by a man.
He is understood to have run off when the woman screamed.

Detectives from Kent Police’s Sexual Offences Investigation Team arrested Stoskunas, of Canterbury Road in Kennington, and charged him with sexual assault.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court by video link on Monday.
