A teenage girl who has gone missing from her home more than 200 miles away in Yorkshire has links to the county.
Summer Townend, 14, was reported missing from her home in Leeds yesterday afternoon - but is understood to have connections to Ashford.
Officers are concerned for her welfare and are urgently trying to locate her.
Police say the missing girl, who is around 5ft 6ins tall and of a medium build, has links to Coventry, Manchester and Willesborough, Ashford.
She is described as white with long blonde hair, which was worn in a bun when she was last seen.
The teen was wearing a rust-coloured quilted jacket with a fur-trimmed hood, white shirt, black leggings, and black Dr Marten type shoes.
She was also carrying a black school bag, which is believed to have contained a change of clothing.
Anyone who has seen her or has any information is asked to contact West Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting log number 1423 of December 3.
