A 52-year-old woman from the town, a 23-year-old man of no fixed address and a 34-year-old man from Brixton were arrested on Sunday on suspicion of drugs offences and possession of a firearm.
Police made the arrests after searching the property in Royds Road, Willesborough.
Officers also searched the surrounding area, including a car park in Herbert Road.
The taser was seized during the searches along with drugs paraphernalia and about 50 wraps of suspected heroin and crack cocaine.
All three suspects have been released pending further investigation.
Detective constable Laura Corbin said: "We will continue to actively pursue anyone believed to be involved with drug supply and officers will target those responsible.
"Residents who suspect drug activity is taking place in their town or street are reminded to report anything suspicious to us as soon as possible.
"All the information we receive helps us to build a bigger picture of any criminal activity and tackle drug-dealing head on."
