Ashford were denied their first win of the season in Ryman League Division 1 South on Saturday when Godalming scored two late goals to snatch a point.
After losing their opening two games, Steve Lovell's side deserved their first-half lead through a 12th-minute Paul Jones strike.
And their first win looked on the cards when Jones, pictured, made it 2-0 nine minutes from time. But Godalming pulled one back through James Wade two minutes later and then the same player equalised soon after when he fired home at the near post.
On Tuesday Ashford are away to Sittingbourne, who lost 1-0 at Worthing on Saturday.
