Ashford Town secured their Ryman League Division 1 South survival with a 2-1 win over Chatham at Homelands.
Town had lost four in a row before the final day win but Mark Lovell and Tom Murphy scored to secure the points which lifted the Nuts and Bolts four points clear of second-bottom Walton Casuals.
