A motorcyclist has been seriously injured after being hit by a lorry.
It was reported that a yellow motorbike and black lorry were travelling in opposite directions on Pluckley Road, near Ashford at around 3pm yesterday when the accident took place.
The motorcyclist, who was travelling in the direction of Smarden at the time, has suffered serious injuries.
He was rushed to a London hospital, where he continues to receive treatment.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are investigating the incident and would to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time or might have dashcam footage.
